Hudu v2.41.0 is now live.
This release includes a major overhaul to processes, new export improvements, faster navigation across companies, more flexible filtering, and several admin and UI upgrades that make day-to-day work in Hudu easier.
Self-hosted environments may be updated at any time, and updates to cloud-hosted environments will begin today.

- Addigy integration users - action required: Addigy is deprecating API v1. If you use the Hudu/Addigy integration, please update your Addigy credentials as soon as possible to avoid disruption.
Highlights
Process runs
A major overhaul to processes is here.
This release introduces Process Runs, a new system that changes how processes work in Hudu. A process is now the template, and each time that process is used, it becomes a run. This gives teams a clearer way to track repeatable work without duplicating the process itself.
This update lays the groundwork for a more flexible and practical way to manage recurring operational work in Hudu.
Please note: Users with processes created prior to Process Runs must complete a one-time conversion. This updates all processes across all companies in the instance. Users with an Author role or higher can initiate the conversion.
If you have many processes or media-heavy content (photos, videos, etc.), run the conversion during a low-usage period.

Export processes & PDF overhaul
Company exports can now include processes and process runs. PDFs have also been redesigned to include:
- Task due date, priority, and assigned owners
- Run status and percent completion
- Completion notes
- Process description
- Watermark
- Asset assignment

Quickly move from page to page across companies with the new company switcher.

Easier set up, less page hopping, and new capabilities:
- Bulk actions to delete cards and assets
- Option to show/hide archived cards
- Results per page pickers for card table
- Bulk actions and filtering for company matcher table
Addigy API v2
Added support for Addigy API v2. If you use the Hudu/Addigy integration, please update your credentials as soon as possible to avoid disruption as Addigy deprecates API v1.
Light mode and dark mode logos
Admins can now upload separate logos for light mode and dark mode so Hudu can automatically display the appropriate version for each user.
To support logo visibility, the top navigation bar in Hudu no longer uses theme colors by default. This can still be customized with custom CSS.
My Vault password folders
Keep personal passwords organized with folders, now available for My Vault.
