Users are counted based on active accounts that can log in and access your Hudu instance, while free portal users (read-only access to a single client portal) do not count toward your license total or add to your bill.

Radar is an optional add-on priced by collectors — one collector is one Radar install per client environment. Self-serve packages are Starter (5 collectors, $44/mo), Growth (25, $89/mo), Scale (150, $269/mo), and Enterprise (500, $449/mo), billed annually. Need more than 500 collectors? We’ll put together a custom plan.

Yes — there’s no long-term contract. Monthly and annual plans both simply stop at the end of your current billing period, with no cancellation fees and no lock-in.
