best IT documentation tool for MSPs

Seamlessly create website documentation, pull DNS records, and more with our new Cloudflare integration. Exempt specific groups from your SSO requirements to add flexibility to user access. Access API endpoints for lists for additional automation capabilities. This release is packed with numerous new features, enhancements, and a ton of bug fixes.

NOTE: For self-hosted users, you will need to make a change to your default.conf file by following this guide.

New Features

  • Exempt groups from single sign on: Single sign on is now required if enabled. Admins can exempt specific groups from having to use SSO. Admins and portal users are always exempt.
  • New Cloudflare integration: We’ve added Cloudflare to our available integrations with a completely revamped integration set up and management experience. Connect to Cloudflare to automatically pull DNS records into Hudu’s websites feature.
  • List API endpoint: Find, create, and update lists from the API.

Improvements

  • New sign-in page design and functionality to handle additional cases.
  • Refactored integrations for better performance and error-handling.
  • Reworked the Liongard integration to better handle ‘friendly names’.
  • Added a hybrid approach to website lookup to improve Hudu’s ability to find DNS information.
  • Updated table columns so truncated text continues to load as column is resized.
  • Updated password generator behavior so you no longer have to click “fill password” button.
  • Updated KB template behavior so articles created from a template can now be turned into templates themselves.

Bug Fixes

We've also addressed several bugs to ensure a smoother experience:

  • Forgot Password link was not successfully sending emails.
  • Deleting asset fields would not reflect when rearranging fields or editing assets.
  • Networks resulting in 500 error when improper CIDR range was entered.
