Our latest release introduces seamless navigation between multiple instances, a new AI assistant with ability to create prompt rules for consistent responses, expanded visibility across assets and your team, and network management is on a whole new level.
New Features
- Hudu Bridge: Create a bridge between two Hudu instances so users can easily navigate between companies.
- New Global views: All user roles now have access to global views ofassets, passwords, websites, expirations, networks, and racks, across all companies they have access to. (Note: permissions still apply in these views. For example, if a user cannot see a password within a company, they cannot see that password in the global view.) Admins can remove access to Global tab for individual groups if needed.
- Expanded access to documentation tools: All user roles now have access to flag review & process completion.
- Global KB is now Central KB: No change in function, just in name. This name change was necessary to accommodate the new “Global” navigation menu option.
- Hudini AI Assistant: We revamped our AI assistant to be accessible no matter where you are in Hudu. Administrators can configure Hudini to utilize OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or Grok and create prompt rules that users can choose from when interacting with Hudini to increase response consistency and standardize formatting.
- Networks is now IPAM: Networks table now displays all parent networks with a new column noting how many subnets exist in each. All subnets are listed when viewing a parent network. In addition to networks, you can now create VLANs and VLAN Zones. Specify a VLAN ID range for a given VLAN Zone to control the VLANs that can be added to it.
- Real-time preview of Gold Standard assets: Preview your Gold Standard assets while editing/adding a new asset.
