What challenges led you to switch to Hudu?

Maintaining accurate documentation was difficult

  • Babble Cloud previously used IT Glue for documentation. The team needed a way to ensure documentation stayed current without relying entirely on manual updates. Integrations became a key factor in solving that problem.

How are you using Hudu today?

We mainly use it for knowledge bases and assets. We are ensuring that when a repeatable process can be handled by another team, perhaps more junior, we ensure it is documented allowing them to process it, freeing our more senior engineers. We use the HaloPSA, NinjaOne, Liongard & Meraki Integrations to ensure the Asset Layouts are automatically maintained with the latest info.
