Why did you switch to Hudu?

SharePoint wasn't scalable and couldn't enforce consistency

Before Hudu, passwords lived in KeePass and documentation lived in SharePoint — and neither was built for the demands of a growing MSP.

How are you using Hudu?

We mainly use the documentation core tools like assets and passwords. We also started using processes instead of checklists in our PSA. Lately we also started with IPAM. We do use the customer portal for some clients.

Hudu's customer portal lets JS-ICT share relevant documentation directly with select clients — giving them self-serve access to the information they need without requiring a support ticket.

Hudu's integrations with Autotask, Datto RMM, and Microsoft 365 keep client and device data synced automatically.

Mobile app & Hudu Assist
