Russell Education Trust is a UK-based educational trust. Why did you switch to Hudu?

No real documentation practice — and SharePoint wasn't the answer

We were not doing anything with documentation. We looked at using our helpdesk for KBs but found it not to be the best solution in an education environment.

We mainly use Hudu for the KBs — we share this across all our users in the trust to have it all in a central place. We've also liked the fact that we can store all our information on networking, racks, devices, and more.
