What challenges led you to switch to Hudu?
Too many tools, too little consistency
Before Hudu, documentation lived in too many places — and none of them talked to each other.
- Relied on IT Glue or SharePoint Word documents for internal documentation
- Used Syncro asset notes for asset-related details, which wouldn't sync with our PSA

How are you using Hudu today?
We use it as a consolidation tool — all of our tools will sync data, if necessary, into Hudu. We also utilize custom assets to generate a list of LOB applications a client uses on a daily basis.
